The challenge
Create a brand experience for Hermes Pardini on the event “Taste of São Paulo. Develop the operational and structural project for the testing booth for Covid-19 in the event.
The result
A brand experience that had “recharging” as a concept. The public could have a massage on automatic chairs that would be cleaned after each use, a cell phone recharge totem. While customers “recharged their energies”, it was possible to learn a little more about the brand through a video or directly with the relationship team.
Lessons learned
Manage the production team remotely, deliver the best support, and be a great problem-solving manager in an effective and assertive way.
