Festival Meu Vizinho Pardini
A project that changed my professional journey
The challenge
Create an event for different audiences, with high-impact curatorship and scenography, embracing and respecting the community where the event takes place.
The result
A trail was developed to ensure the safety of customers and meet the operational and technical demands required by Anvisa. The project was replicated in several locations in Brazil and is still used in current operations.
Lessons learned
I did a little bit of everything: researched and developed concepts, monitored assemblies, developed operational and structural planning, curated, supervised licensing, conducted contract and billing management, developed and coordinated partnership projects, and led large teams. The job was key for my professional development because it taught me a lot about managing high-stress situations and how to have a view of all the aspects of a project that need to be functioning in perfect sync.
