Festival Desperta
Body, mind, and soul creating a great brand experience
The challenge
Manage and to the curatorship project of a large and complex project focused on health and well-being. The main goal was to promote a high-impact experience with the Unimed-BH brand through the concept of body, mind, and soul and how they are essential to a healthy life.
The result
Three days, 38 hours, 84 cultural and wellness attractions, more than 700 professionals, and 26 thousand people directly impacted.
I was responsible for the artistic curation, development, and management of the partnership project.
Lessons learned
I worked at the Unimed-BH’s office, closely following the culture of the marketing, communication, and press professionals. The experience allowed me not only to absorb the talents of the place but to deeply understand the needs and desires of the client. During 35 days, I managed a complex project, being responsible for all negotiations of the festival’s line-up, logistical and operational planning, script and concepts revisions, besides supporting and monitoring the brilliant execution that Guia MKT delivered.
