Strategic value delivered with high impact
The challenge
BDMG needed to create a new format for its annual results meeting. The event was once held in a party format, then became a more formal meeting event. In this edition, it was necessary to align a format suitable for distancing.
The result
A new format focused on a dynamic experience broadcasted on BDMG's Youtube channel. Inspired on a TV show format, hosted by Laura Lima, the event was conducted through three locations.

the main stage, with a screen for presentations by the president and directors;

interaction area, with the reading of the team's comments and moments where the president of the company would chat with guests and employees;

the music stage with a band formed by winners of "BDMG Instrumental" a music festival sponsored by BDMG.
Lessons learned
Executing highly complex scripts, optimizing internal areas, and assertively meeting urgent demands.
