Customer experience during difficult moments

The challenge

Design the customer service experience for the pilot project of the Drive-Thru testing for Covid-19 by the Pardini Group. At a time - the beginning of the pandemic - when tests were scarce.

The result

A trail was developed to ensure the safety of customers and meet the operational and technical demands required by Anvisa. The project was replicated in several locations in Brazil and is still used in current operations.

Lessons learned

How assertive a safety experience is and, especially when brought together with the right touchpoints to generate high-impact actions.
